My name is Jared, I'm a 20 year old self taught photographer based in Wellington NZ. I like to take pictures!

Photography and performing are my two great passions. Photography is art, my personal work allows me to express my thoughts, feelings and emotions.

My photography clients include NZ band Poppy Dust, singer/songwriter Tia, Energy Theatre, Porirua Little Theatre, Speakeasy Theatre, and Wellington Music Academy as well as many performers.

As a performer I made my first professional appearance at the age of 12 in the NBR New Zealand Opera Company's production of Giacomo Puccini's 'Tosca', and then George Bizet's 'Carmen' the following year. Since then I have performed in many Musicals including Cats, The King and I, Miss Saigon, Cabaret, Bat Boy: The Musical, Gavroche in four productions of Les Miserables, Flat Top in the 2009 NZ Tour of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Starlight Express and Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors. I am currently rehearsing for the Wellington premiere season of RENT
